There is no statutory paternity leave in Senegal.
In Senegal, the general notice period for termination is 15 days. However, technicians wishing to resign must provide two months’ notice.
Employers may terminate workers for just cause with a written notice.
Employees in Senegal are entitled to severance pay for each year of service at a rate of 25 to 40% of their average wages over the past 12 months.
